The CPHI Pharma Awards, an annual celebration of pharmaceutical industry innovation and excellence, is now open for entries for its 20th anniversary edition. With three new categories added to reflect the industry’s rapid rate of innovation and emerging social goals, the awards aim to recognize global leaders who are making a difference in the world through their work.
The new categories include the Start-up award, honoring exhibitors from the start-up zone, and the Heart of Pharma award, which celebrates social, ethical, and philanthropic activities. In addition to these new categories, the awards feature returning categories spanning development and manufacturing of devices and drugs, alongside packaging, supply chain, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and the much-coveted CEO of the Year award.
Entries will be accepted until May 15, 2023, with winners announced at pharma’s largest global event. Previous winners include a who’s who of pharma manufacturing CEOs from Piramal and WuXi AppTec to Catalent and last year’s winner Aragen Life Sciences. With global collaborative research driving innovation in pharmaceuticals, the awards aim to celebrate projects at proof-of-concept stage to prototype or commercial launch that are making a positive impact on society.
